All products offered in the store are brand new, original and free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced into the Polish market.

All prices quoted on the website are gross prices (including VAT). Binding on the parties to the transaction is the price appearing in the product at time of order by the Customer.

All goods sold in our store, issue receipts, fiscal or a VAT invoice. (If you are registered as a company).

Ordered goods are delivered via courier GLS Companies. The buyer is charged for delivery set out in the price list of transportation.

In the case of non-compliance in the contract or customer data store reserves the right to suspend the execution of the contract.

Placing an order is tantamount to consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of the contract. Personal information is used and processed only for the needs of the store. The customer has the right to inspect their data, to correct them and to require the cessation of their use.

The information on the websites of the shop does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Customer placing an order using the mechanisms available on the websites of the store, made ​​a purchase of specific goods under the conditions specified in the product description. The moment of conclusion of the contract of sale occurs when a written acknowledgment of receipt of the goods by the customer on the waybill consignment.

Information concerning the timing of orders, availability of goods, his return and complaints are given in tab information and shall be binding on the client.

Regulations define the rules for shopping in the store. Placing an order is tantamount to consent to all statements and information contained in the regulations.

Complaints and returns

If after receipt of the goods the customer find defects, should immediately contact the office by telephone BECAPRO  and send it by mail to the address indicated by the consultant. All complaints are dealt later than 2 business days of their receipt. Defective product will be exchanged for another, or on request BECAPRO the buyer will pay the equivalent price of the product.

If the ordered products damaged via Client's fault (mechanical), BECAPRO has the right to refuse to recognize a claim. In addition, each customer can request information about how to use the product through the information on the packaging, website, telephone or by contacting the office BECAPRO.

The cost of delivery and return of goods is not refundable. In the case of culpable damage to the goods by the Customer BECAPRO return shipping cost on the indicated address in the form agreed by telephone or electronic mail.

Right of withdrawal

 

On the basis of the Law on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by the product of 2 March 2000, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

The right of withdrawal is effective if the customer submits the Store within 14 days of receipt of goods, a statement of withdrawal from the contract.

Customer returns the goods to the Store within 14 days of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Returned goods should be intact, including should be complete in original packaging, no signs of use. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

 

Within 3 working days from receipt of the shipment, the Store will check the state of the returned product.

 

Within 7 days of checking the goods are returned to the Customer the amount paid less the cost of the order. Customer should indicate the bank account number to which is to be given to the amount paid.

In case of violation with the terms set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 above statement of withdrawal from the contract is void, the goods will not be refunded, and the shop does not return to the Customer the amount paid.
